Jack D. Wilson (Co-Founder, Inventor & Chief Operations Officer)
Jack D. Wilson is the creative genius behind the invention of Box Latch™ Products, a Re-Usable alternative to tape, staples and bands that have traditionally been used to close cardboard boxes. He and his brother James co-founded Eco-Latch Systems, llc in 2010, with the mission of “changing the way the world closes and Re-Uses boxes.” Jack prides himself on “thinking outside of the box” when it comes to adoption of sustainable solutions and innovations within manufacturing, industry.
Mr. Wilson is a Wisconsin native and a University of Wisconsin, Madison alumnus who supports circular economy thinking and is passionate about reducing tape and corrugated waste. Jack believes that by adopting triple bottom principles to the management of their business, he and his team will be able to do good, while helping customers to be financially, socially and environmentally successful. Recently, the company was awarded the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council’s “2016 Sustainable Product of the Year” for their patent and patent pending Re-Usable Box Latch™ Products.

James F. Wilson (Co-Founder, Chief Executive & Export Officer)
Co-founder of Eco-Latch Systems, LLC, and Jack’s brother, Jim has spent his career owning his own businesses and helping animals, their owners and the veterinarians who care for them. As a speaker, author, teacher and consultant, Jim has always tried to invent better, more efficient mousetraps for success. Thus, when the initial Box Latch™ eco-friendly box closing device was invented, he was eager to use his degrees in and knowledge of law and business to promote the positive effects it would have to save time, labor costs and the environment while improving the bottom line of the businesses that embrace this new technology.

Has 25 years of experience in a family medical packaging business. Thomas "Tucker" Campion (Field Representative Specialists North America)
Thomas “Tucker” Campion served 20+ years as a Naval Special Warfare Officer (SEAL) in the United State Navy, retiring in October 2000. Throughout his career he served in operational leadership roles from Commanding Officer of SEAL Team THREE to Commanding a Joint U.S. Special Operations Task Force conducting peacetime and combat missions. After retiring from the Navy, Mr. Campion worked as the Lead User Representative and Project Manager within the Program Executive Office for Special Programs and Special Operations Forces Warrior Systems at the USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. There he was responsible for developing and acquiring weapons, ammunition, demolition, Visual Augmentation and soldier protective systems.
In 2010 Mr. Campion started Poseidon Consulting, TPM, LLC. In this he provides guidance and direction for purchases of specialized products by the U.S. military. He has become well versed in products that could help the military achieve their goal of supporting a more sustainable planet. Mr. Campion has close ties to senior military and industry personnel in the U.S. and abroad.

Michael Pierce (Field Representative Specialist Europe)
Dr. Michael Pierce is a retired Army Officer. He has devoted most of his professional career to serving the nation. His overseas assignments resulted in his decision to live and work in Germany, where he spends much of his time supporting non-profit organizations working on behalf of U.S. Service members and their families. His long experience working in Europe and with the military community made him the perfect candidate for bringing Box Latch products to new markets in both commercial and government sectors.
An energetic professional with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Mike has developed extensive contacts throughout the U.S. Military and related communities of interest.

Sandra L. Hoffmann (Office Manager)
Sandy has spent the past 35+ years of her career working professionally in Human Resources with a focus in payroll, benefits, recruiting, training & event planning. She received her Associate’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Waukesha and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her passions are animal welfare and stylish shoes. She is an active voice for animals through her volunteer position as a Board of Directors member for HAWS (Humane Animal Welfare Society.)
Lisa Geason-Bauer (Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer)
In the role of Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer (CCSO) Lisa is responsible for managing Box Latch™ Products communications with stakeholders, media and the public. She is the corporate officer primarily responsible for the management and coordination of Eco-Latch Systems, llc’s socially inclusive sustainable business initiatives and adoption of low-carbon business practices. The CCSO is Box Latch™ Products in-house environmental and corporate social responsibility storyteller: tasked with sharing the Box Latch™ Products “power of re-use” story with the world. As such the CCSO is also responsible for global marketing and messaging tied to growing the Box Latch™ Product brand in the international marketplace, with special emphasis on the European Union.

Tom is a design engineer, product developer, and inventor named on 18 US Patents. Much of his past 45 years has been focused on the design of custom stainless steel products, MRI imaging coils, kitchen and bath products and injection molded plastic consumer products. In addition to his design of innovative products, he is known internationally for his computer art and 3D printed bronze jewelry.
Craig Grigson III (Website Development & Marketing Communications)
Craig helps small businesses communicate to their target audience by building WordPress website platforms (including this one), content marketing (blogging), social media management (specializing in Linkedin), and small business copy (online as well as written). He is a former U.S. Navy fast-attack submarine nuclear reactor operator. His first love for communication came when he wrote his beautiful wife love letters from under the sea during all three of his deployments.
